Invalid search results links (missing link elements)

I will start by explaining what I did last night. I was using Easy Populate to upload several new products, but I had an error so I edited the SQL tables and did a fresh product upload. More errors, so I did a restore of the entire database to get back to where I was.

Everything appeared to be working, but now searches are screwed up. Search results show up as they should, but the links that are generated to take you to a product are incorrect. The links are missing this exact part:

"index.php?main_page=product"

A similar problem is showing up in admin also, where it is jumbling the links in categories.php.

If anyone recognizes this issue and can help it would be much appreciated!

Problem resolved. Appears one table that wasn't supposed to be emptied...was.
