Inexpensive SSL recommendation?

I'm looking for a cheapish SSL certificate recommendation (but not so cheap that MSIE visitors get that "warning" notice ...)

I'm on a dedicated server/fixed IP so I get to install all the fun stuff myself. I could just use some recommendations on where to buy a low-cost one. Oh, and I'm using it on a subdomain. I probably don't even need to use it on the main domain but definitely on the subdomain. Thanks for any suggestions!
