I'm in MI, my zone is set to MI. Tax is based on shipping address. I have one tax rate set...to FLA (It seems I can't do multiple taxes based on state). I have it set to display prices with tax in Admin and have the other set to true also. Sales tax display status 1, store status 0.
What am I missing?
