I am installing Zencart and I can get as far as the database setup page when it tells me that There is an error writing to /includes/configure.php

However, the Prerequisites tab on installation tells me that the file is writeable (after a lot of hassle with my host). So effectively, Zencart is contradicting itself. Any ideas why one bit says writeable and another says not writeable? Any help would be greatly appreciated
