I'm not sure if its a gateway problem or what. But generally, whenever someone inputs the CVV/security code, it will return an N (no match) or M (match). For some reason, AMEX transactions are always P, which after reading up about it means "Not Processed".. almost as if its not being sent to the gateway or the gateway doesn't like it for some reason.
I'll call up Linkpoint to see if its a problem on their end, but just thought i'd make a note about it on here as well
It could just be that the amex processing center sends back that code regardless. Sadly, there are odd inconsistencies within that industry...
