Length of Street Address Text Box on Create Account Page

What page do I edit to change the size of the Street Address text field on the 'create account' page?

My 1.3.7 install is showing size="41"

I would like to change it to size="32" so it lines up with the other fields evenly.

It would be easier for you, if you control the width of the form fields via css. You could also style them there a bit, like making a background color etc..
