I love the ez-pages functionality, however there is one small problem that a couple of hours of searching and FAQ reading has not found the answer for.

I have a combination of content EZ-pages and internal links that I have grouped into a chapter. All of them show up fine in sideboxes and footers etc when I try to show them there. However the internal links NEVER show up in the TOC even though they are the same chapter as the defined content pages. The same problem applies with external links.

Any ideas for how to fix this? TIA!
