Did a quick check and couldn't find any references to this problem, so hopefully I'm not repeating a known bug.
On the Customer Referrals report, there is a drop down with the text 'Select a Referral/Coupon Code'. When the user puts the mouse over any of the menu pop-up selection above, this drop down vanishes. (It reappears when the user moves the cursor away from the menu selection.)
I have noticed this problem in both Zen Cart 1.3.0 and 1.3.7, when the user is using Internet Explorer 6. The problem does not occur when the user is using Internet Explorer 7, or Firefox.

This is not a bug ... it's an intended feature.
If that didn't happen, the menu options that cover over pulldown fields would not work.
It's actually a workaround to an IE6 bug..
