There is normally about 10 screens of additional information all about PHP configuration settings BELOW the Zen Cart version history section.
Perhaps your host has disabled the "phpinfo()" function?
In the zc_install folder there are 2 files that could be of use if you'll upload them to your musicstore folder:
- techsupp.php
- phpinfo.php
Once they're uploaded, open them via your browser and find that info.
Failing that, talk to your host --- fixing security problems on your server is their job.

ok i have tested the techsupp.php file and it returns a lot of information but the phpinfo() routine it seems is disabled.
Warning: phpinfo() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/wickedvi/public_html/musicstore/tempzenpages/techsupp.php on line 307
so i guess i need to speak to my tech guys about that BUT they have already assured me there is no limit or restrictions associated with the server space so am not sure what they can do
