I can not access to the admin page? Please help !

The front store works fine.

But when i go to the admin page , i got :

0 DB_ERROR_NOT_CONNECTED
in:
[select * from vo_project_version WHERE project_version_key = 'Zen-Cart Database' ]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

I move all the files from my another site in the same account .
That website works fine. Both of them use the same user name. but different database . that user name has privilege to access to both of the database.

I promise all the files in /admin/includes/configure.php are correct.

I've try many methods . But all failure.
What's happened at earth?
any suggestion will be highly appreicated.

When you feel that a post has been missed, add on additional information as there could be a lack of communication or more information needed to assist on a question ...
