Download problem

I'm still working at setting up my site. I added a free download pdf file. When I log in and "buy" it. I don't get a download link. Either by email or when I log into my account. I do get the automated emails.
Any idea why the link isn't showing up??

What payment method did you use. If I remember correctly, zen-cart only allows the download once payment has been received (->pending will not work if you didn't change that behavior)

It said it used "The Zen Cart FREE CHARGE CARD".

I did go into my admin and changed the setting from pending to deliverd and then updated. It still wouldn't send a download link...

Did you add the filename to the product in the attributes controller?

Did you want people to be registered to download free helps(for tracking)? If it doesn't matter why not set up an ezpage "free Helps" and link to the file on that page.

After doing this for hours I just finaly got it! I had a mistake in the attributes. I just tried it and it worked fine now.
