Add about us page?

I have added about_us_filenames.php to /includes/extra_datafiles and define_about_us.php to /includes/languages/english/my_custom_folder/html_includes but when I try to access index.php?main_page=about_us I still get the "Page not found" error. Did I place the file define_about_us.php in the wrong place?
Any help or suggestion is greatly appreciated.

There are 4 places where files and edits are required with others inside of these - So have you completed more than the 2 that you posted?

yah, seem like i missed /includes/modules/pages
