table in Your Shopping Cart Contents hard to read

Hello. I am having trouble locating where to modify the table in 'Your Shopping Cart Contents" page. I need to make the background of the table black.

	height: 1.5em;
	vertical-align: top;
	}

	background-color: #F0F0F0;
	height: 1.5em;
