FAQ module doesn't work

Hi,

I installed the FAQ module according to the instruction and uploaded the sql file in the admin. But I received the following error. What does it mean? Please help. Thanks.

I read more threads about FAQ module. It looks like this module is buggy or not working? Should I remove it? I have run the sql file and got the above error message. Does that mean I have to do something to fix/reverse it? Please help. Thank you.
