No, it was not the wrong forum. Perhaps the author of the captcha mod isn't monitoring for posts.
Common causes of no replies are:
- the volunteers reading the forum aren't familiar with that mod
- the volunteers reading the posts don't have the time to investigate
- the volunteers reading the forum don't have enough information in your posts to be able to help. Posting more detailed information about versions, installed mods, other customizations on your site, and things you've attempted ... can often help to inspire someone with an answer.
