Default Zend Optimiser - Host driving me mad

All of a sudden, when user go tot he payment page they get an internal server error.

I reported this to my host (Names.co.uk) and they replied with this:

"The hosting platform is working normally as far as I can tell (we certainly haven't received any complaints from other customers of this nature and we host thousands of applications). I recommend you troubleshoot the script and or check the error.log file in your logs directory to see if you can find the cause of the problem and fix it."

So i did and the error is this:

PHP Warning: Zend Optimizer for PHP 4.4.x cannot be found (expected at '/usr/local/Zend/lib/Optimizer-3.2.2/php-4.4.x/ZendOptimizer.so') - try reinstalling the Zend Optimizer in Unknown on line 0
PHP Warning: Zend Optimizer for PHP 4.4.x cannot be found (expected at '/usr/local/Zend/lib/Optimizer-3.2.2/php-4.4.x/ZendOptimizer.so') - try reinstalling the Zend Optimizer in Unknown on line 0
    PHP

Ive found a couple of posts here that have experienced this but no real answer, is this totally down to my host or can i do anything to fix it? im losing money big time!

    my site is www.twenty-7.co.uk

    I hope someone can help!

Which version of Zen Cart are you using?
What payment modules are installed? Which one causes this problem?

I'm not sure what you meant by saying "V1.6". Zen Cart doesn't have a v1.6 yet. Perhaps you meant v1.3.6.

The patch posted in this thread deals with a memory-buffer issue present in v1.3.0 through v1.3.7.
