Header currencies

Hi,

I installed header currency module and it works well. However during checkout, it doesn't show up. Any idea how to fix this to make sure it always shows? Thanks.

I'm theorising here, but it may be that currency changes are deliberately turned off during checkout to avoid corrupting the process. Anybody know for sure?

I think kuroi is right.

This is what the author of the mod said: "I left in the code from the currencies and languages sideboxes that prevents the links from showing on checkout pages. I'm sure the development team had a good reason for doing that, so I just left it in."

I was wondering since you have currencies selections for buyers to view the amount, how do you estimate the shipping using their selected currencies?

For instance if you use UPS, the currencies is in USDollar and the selected currencies is AUD, how do you estimate the shipping amount then?

Sorry for the delayed response. You asked a good question. Unfortunately, when using the shipping estimator in the shopping cart, the header currency module doesn't seem to convert the shipping into the selected currency. I believe these two work separately and it hasn't been linked. I suggest you put a link to xe.com somewhere in your shopping cart so customers can convert their currencies directly.
