Error On Checkout!

Hi there,

I am in New Zealand and have made a test user for Zencart with the country as New Zealand.

But when i create a user with the country as Australia i get this error.

Sorry, we are not accepting payments from your region at this time.

Where do i check first for make sure the zones etc are correct this wouldnt have anything to do with the tax part right? Its some where else? Some help please ?

This sounds like you have excluded countries in your zone settings ...

How have you set up your Payment modules?

What Zones are set?

Do you exclude countries? If not, why do you have Zones set?

I have changed the zone details to state all countries instead of just New Zealand, should this fix my problem?

i dont exclude any countries anywhere from what i know, any help on how i can get rid of zones, i assumed i needed to set zones to get my tax working.

If you do not exclude anyone then don't set any zones at all on your Payment Modules ...

The point of a Zone is to limit or control by address ...

If you sell to all and ship to all you have no zone limits to set ...

Im sorry,

I still dont get it. for some reason i cant seem to have an address out side of new zealand, and the only place i can posibly think where i have set new zealand for a country is (Zone definitions > details)

Do you have any more ideas, when i select all countries in the zone definitions > details it disables New zealand too.

What color are the status lights that you have for the Payment Modules that you installed?

hi,

I have the same problem. I deleted all of my zones, and I still have that problem (test user with Canada for country). A user wih US as a country works well however. I only have Paypal IPN and paypal express as payment methods, both status lights are green.

any ideas?

If you look in phpMyAdmin at your database in the countries table, how many do you have?

If you look in phpMyAdmin at your database in the zones table, how many do you have?

If you look in phpMyAdmin at your database in the zones_to_geo_zones table, how many do you have?
