Custom Template Problem

Hi,
I just "inherited" a zen-cart website and have been in the setup process. I like what I see so far, but when moving this site to my new server, I seem to be having a problem with the template.

Why is my template messed up? I'm sure it is something simple, but being new to zen-cart I have not found it yet. I know I still need to deal with the config file security as well.

looks like a Template Monster template that is for an old version of Zen Cart.
