Hi there,
I have a customer from UK and I have installed the Royal Mail module. Everything is working fine but he wants to offer free delivery to buyers from his city. The goods are non-taxable.
ZC Version: 1.3.7
City: Leicester
Zone: Leicestershire
Do we have to include GB as part of Zone 1 for the shipping system?
How can I accomplish the free shipping only to that city?
