How exactly did you "set-up" your "linkpoint account" ?

I used transmit to put the module file I downloaded from linkpoint and put it under the modules folder. I see my store number on the payment module but it gives me those error messages and is not processing any purchase.
If I remove the linkpoint file from the modules, the error disappears.

What version of Zen Cart are you using?

Linkpoint support has been built-in to Zen Cart since v1.3.6.

On a fresh v1.3.7 install, you'll see a "Linkpoint/YourPay" payment module already installed under Admin->Modules->Payment.
Setup/configuration instructions are available on-screen if you click on the word Linkpoint. You may want to print them for easy following.

Simply installing files from the linkpoint website will not activate linkpoint services on your site.
