need advice on Live Help, PHP Live etc., please...

Hi all,

I would like to what is the difference between:
PHPLive!
Help Center Live Sidebox
Crafty Syntax Live Help
and
Live Help Sidebox

Do they all work for v1.3.7?
Do I need to buy additional services to make the Help Center work, like e.g. PHP Live! cost money or is it another PHP Live!?

I am a little bit confused and dont know which one to chose.

Yes! They all work with ZC 1.3.7. You can see Crafty Syntax Live Help on our site. Help Center Live is very clean and comes with an integrated osTicket as well but is not as robust as Crafty Syntax (Version 3.0 is due soon).

PHPLive cost money but it also has better support. If you're going for a paid version skip everyone on your list and purchase PerlDesk (excellent).

You can go to the website and check each out, use the demo or install it on your test site to see what you like or don't like.

Well actually I wouldnt like to go for a paid version, if there is anything free, would be better...so I will then decide between the two. The thing is I dont have a test site and I dont know how to create one...

Between the free ones I prefer Crafty Syntax but honestly you can't go wrong with either one. They each have their pros and cons it's a matter of preference.

Did you install Zen Cart yourself?

No..I didnt install it by myself. I started from scratch concerning ZenCart and getting more and more familiar with it, but still not enough familiar to know how installations, etc. work. I would like to have a test site, so I could try things out...because:

Learning by doing...!!!
