Help! Just need Ground & Air w/o mods

We ship with Fedex offline

We want to have 2 shipping options: Ground/Surface & Air

We have 3 zone definitions

USA = United States
CAN = Canada
INT = International

We charge by dollar range of merchandise total, ie



How can we set up 2 shipping methods for these 3 zones?

If a mod will easily handle this we can go that route.

You could clone either Zone Rate zones or Table Rate table to make the 6 shipping methods and set Zone Definitions on them ...

For the Surface & Air, just adjust the calculated rate by the extra charge for the final cost ...

You might look in the Free Shipping Add Ons for a clone of the Table Rate table or Zone Rate zones for cloned methods already done ...

Spend a few hours trying to clone it with no luck. But found this module below, which is really a pre-made clone of the two files. If your after cloning the zone rate just go grab these files and drop them in
