    Default Page elements missing

Hi, I set up a ZenCart a moth ago and love it so much I decided to set up another one. The second one is serving two purposes: To experiment with it, so I don't lose a month's worth of work on the first one... and also as a wholsale site for dealers only.

The second site was installed exactly like the first one, a "one-click install" from our web hosting company. But it isn't the same.

It is missing the second green bar, at the bottom of the header, top of the main page body, the bar that you can add some links to. I may have the terminology wrong, please forgive me - Web Pages for Dummies was way too advanced for me. :-(

And, I cannot add the links where the header bar should be, or on the footer. I am doing everything exactly like I did on the first cart, so, what's happening?

It is not a big issue, I can live with it the way it is, but still I'd like to get it fixed.

The two carts (if I'm permitted to list them) are:

    silvashop.com/cart/

    silvasupport.com/cart/

As soon as you get to it, you can see the difference.

Thanks. Keep up the good work.

    ed

I have no idea. How do turn off the EZ pages? I have 2 EZ pages, My Account has a Green dot for Header and Footer, red for the rest of them, Privacy Policy has a green dot for the footer only. That is the same as the other site, and they work fine over there.

Does that affect that green graphic at the bottom of the heading?

In the EZ Pages Settings under Configuration, it is set to 1 (true) for showing the pages in the header (which isn't there), the footer, side boxes, toc, just like the other cart. I tried to match everything up, since they are for the same products, one for retail customers, the other for dealers who buy wholesale. If there is some way to turn off EZ Pages, I don't know how. I know how to turn set it so that an EZ page won't show. I see several settings, several options, but nothing about turning off one or multiple EZ pages. I am not a programmer, so I don't know the jargon. Sorry.

Yep, that did it. The green header bar is there now, and the links show in the header and the footer.

Thanks. I love it when a mystery is solved.

    Better and better
