I'm trying to figure out which file or code process the above request. The request is made when you click on an item listed on the specials page.
I have changed the way I use categories (I "re-use" the same category again under other categories). All works well however under some circumstaces I my browser wants to open the file index.php instead of running it.
Example:

Any pointers would be appreciated.
