Admin Activity Log table

Hi,

When I logged into my admin, it says the following. What should I do? Is back up necessary prior to cleaning?

WARNING: The Admin Activity Log table has over 50,000 records and should be cleaned ... 65371
WARNING: The Admin Activity Log table has records over 2 months old and should be cleaned ... 12-06-2005

Will I lose anything? Do I have to back up?

that is a list of clicks that has been made through the admin,
all that will empty is that table,
you can back it up, but unless you are worried about someone else in your admin then I wouldnt worry about it,

You could use phpMyAdmin:

Or use the Backup MySQL Plugin mod.

Are you wanting to reset it?

Go to Admin->Tools->Store Manager

It's the very top option, titled "Empty Admin Activity Log table from the database".

Click the reset button beside it.

Otherwise, see post #8.
