bare bones CSS template

Hello all,
Has anyone ever created a really blank CSS file for Zencart? By blank, I mean all the divs, styles, h1, h2, etc. are defined in the file, but no formatting code. Like REALLY starting from scratch visually.

I've never seen one, but it should be easy enough to do.

make a copy of stylesheet.css from includes/templates/template_default and delete everything except the classes and ids.
