i have 10 categories in my site without subcategories and i want to show on the index page 10 products from each category.
Can someone help me ?

10 cats and 10 products each = 100 products!!!
You might rethink this as even if the product images are a mere 5k each this will make the page well over 500kb and slooow to load especially for the over half of all shoppers that are still on dial-upZen-Venom Get Bitten
