Right now the payments from the PayPal IPN module have no identifying information aside from the customer's name. No way to match the payment to the invoice. Ideas?

The info on the PayPal side is controlled by PayPal not Zen Cart - there is a trans ID# and the order does not process to be visible until an approved payment status is returned from PayPal.

For completed transactions, you can use the Admin->Customers->PayPal IPN screen to reconcile orders with PayPal records, at least in part.
Zen Cart currently doesn't pass an order number to PayPal, because the order doesn't "exist" until PayPal confirms receipt of funds..
