Urgent! Customer Sees Someone Elses Order

Hello,

I've had this problem before, only last time I was in 1.26, and now this cart is 1.37.

I have a customer, who's billing address (right side of invoice area) is showing up different than the left side customer address. The customer is not customer at all, but the person who's on the right side is the actual customer. When she logs into her profile, she sees the past orders of the customer listed on the left side along with that customers name and address. She is not seeing hers, nor can download hers.

Cache is stored in files

Session Directory did not post full path/gbd.com/store/cache
Cookie Domain True Info
Force Cookie Use False Info

Check User Agent False Info

Prevent Spider Sessions True Info
Recreate Session False Info
IP to Host Conversion Status true

I could change to database, but do not know where to do this at.

Either or, I had posted about this problem when in 1.26, the problem did seem to disappear for awhile, but now the problem is starting again in 1.37.

Since customers don't enjoy seeing any info but there own, I really need to find a fix for this as soon as possible.

Also: the customer shown on left side also has another order with a different customer on right side, so 1 customer has what I'd say are 2 shipping addresses, but definitely paid with 2 different paypal accounts. The left side customer name is obviously wrong again when the right side customer should be the actual customer.
