I cant seem to locate where I go to enable the catagories to be displayed in the center of my main page. I'm not talking about the "Categories-Tabs Menu ON/OFF" under config/layout settings. I need my catagories to be underneath the text "Welcome to HARDWOOD CANES!....."

Awesome!... but now, that annoying "New products for april" is back. I though I disabled that.
How do I get rid of that?

Also, since I enabled the categories below the header, my "WELCOME TO HARDWOODCANES has disappeared.
