FedEx module causing image problem

I've got an interesting development, when I activate my FedEx Ground shipping module it causes the Choose Shipping Method page to become all out of sorts. The type fonts and the boxes themselves increase in size, and the right hand side boxes are actually covering the text on the right side of the main box! If the module is deactivated everything looks normal. Has anyone seen this before or can anyone help me fix this?

Had to reset it all so it would do it again but sure...

you need to turn OFF the debugging
