"Step 3 of 3 - Order Confirmation"

Hi

When customers reach to this page, some of them believe the order has completed and did not click "confirm the order" button at the bottom left of page. I would like to add "confirm the order" button right next to wording "Step 3 of 3 - Order Confirmation", to make customers aware that there is still a button need to be clicked.

Can anyone suggest how to do this? or does anyone have any idea to avoid this problem?

One customer sent me the print out which "Confirm the order" button did not appear, how could it no appear? does anyone has same issue?
