Hello All,
I have set up one other zencart and not had this problem. No emails are sent from my zencart. Not a contact us, or any administrative emails. When i send a contact us email, I do get the confirming message which states my email has been sent. My webhost logged on to the email server and the email never hits the server. I sent an email from my email client to the same email address and this is successfull.
Does anyone have a suggestion where i might look? This is version 1.3.5.

What are the settings in Admin> Configuration> Email Settings?
Also, you may want to upgrade to v1.3.7 as it fixes some bugs and adds the PayPal Express Checkout.Please do not PM for support issues: a private solution doesn't benefit the community.

What are the differences between that "other" cart and this one?

- email transport method selected
