Default How do I price a subscription that can have multiple durations and options?

Hi, I have a slightly complicated pricing model for a subscription that is illustrated here...

    http://www.lifeonrecord.com/pricing....ersonalJournal

My issue is how to price this. I first thought I'd have an attribute that had six options:

    1) Full Service - 2 Years Prepaid
    2) Full Service - 1 Year Prepaid
    3) Full Service - Month to Month
    4) Email Recordings - 2 Years Prepaid
    5) Email Recordings - 1 Year Prepaid
    6) Email Recordings - Month to Month

I'd price by attribute. That would work, but there are two additional options that have a monthly price.

    - Direct Dial Number
    - Direct Dial Toll-Free Number

So the dilemma is how can I set it so that if the person selects a two-year pre-paid option and selects a Direct-Dial number, that the direct dial price gets multiplied by 24 (for example)?

I thought of setting the units to months, and using quantity discounts, but then there's the matter of the Add to Cart box having the word "quantity" (I have other products where I want to keep the word quantity). Any ideas? Thanks.

First of all will your payment gateway handle subscriptions? Paypal will, and some credit card company's will. I urge caution with paypal because someone can go for 6 month and request a refund and they will get it. I've seen it happen.

As for the cart, the only thing I can think of would be to offer the subscription as one item with attributes for monthly, annual, bi-annual.

I know that my credit card gateway will handle subscriptions.

Thanks for the suggestion about having attributes for monthly, annual, and bi-annual, but that's similar to my example, and I'm not sure what to do with the options for the monthly direct-dial number....

Whoops, Sorry I didn't read that far. I guess I'm tired...or maybe just getting old. ha.

What about having additional attributes for each time frame that include the direct dial phone number and a different set of attributes including the DD toll free number?

Otherwise you can offer the phone numbers as a seperate option with the same timeframes. so someone could chose 2 years of recordings, and 1 year of direct dial number, and 1 year of 800 number.

Or someone that has been using the recording service for a year, on a 2 year plan can upgrade to have the 800 number.

How does that sound? Or am I over simplifying things?
