2 carts & 2 domains - using same Paypal IPN/API data

v1.3.7 w/ Paypal patches

I have two carts installed on two different domains. Databases, files, and settings are pretty much identical. The only differences are that the products are branded differently (unique pics and descriptions) and a few html include files are unique. Is it possible to use the same Paypal IPN URL and API settings (one Paypal acct) for automatic return and IPN notification for both zen cart sites without causing problems?

Ye each zen cart will send its own IPN and return url information

In the Zen cart admin >> modules >> payment >> Paypal IPN...

It says...

* set your Instant Payment Notification Preferences URL to:
http://www.domain1.com/cart/ipn_main_handler.php
(If another URL is already used, you may leave it alone.)
Be sure that the Checkbox to enable IPN is checked!
* in Website Payments Preferences set your Automatic Return URL to:
http://www.domain1.com/cart/index.ph...eckout_process

Does this mean that for my cart/domain #2 settings, I can use the same IPN preferences and website payments preferences as in cart/domain #1 as above? Based on what the Zen Paypal IPN instructions indicate, I thought settings for the second cart/domain #2 would have to be as follows...

What happens if I just leave the IPN/API settings blank in my Paypal account? Will Zencart still make everything work?
