    Default Backup Website

I have some add ons and still need more customising.

I am going to copy the website to try on other domain name etc, what do I actually need to copy and what about the database?

Unfortunately I havent kept a log of add ons and changed files etc

I know I know, but I only get short periods of time to do any of this web stuff.

    Default Re: Backup Website

Are you using your own system, or a web host?

Are you a web host reseller who has the ability to put many domains on the server?

The best thing to do is ftp to your hard drive the whole public_html folder and then upload the contents of that folder into the new hosting account.

Sometimes this folder is called http_docs, depending on the server software.
