Error opening Admin Control Panel

I am upgrading from 1.3.5 to 1.3.7.

It's pretty much a fresh install at the moment with only the config file having been modified, I haven't even transferred any of my override files over yet.

When I try to log into the admin control panel I'm getting the following errors:

It looks like your configure.php file(s) are bad ...

Can you post, from the server, without your username and password:
/includes/configure.php
/admin/includes/configure.php

Ajeh, thanks for that, I thought I had modified the configure file but I must have wiped it instead, I've fixed that up but now I'm getting this error:

0 DB_ERROR_NOT_CONNECTED
in:
[select * from project_version WHERE project_version_key = 'Zen-Cart Database' ]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

That sounds like an error on the database name, server, username or password ...

Make sure both files match and look for typos ...

I Did Again Installation Process And Now It Works. ALTHOUGH THE CONFIGURE FILES ARE AGAIN THE SAME!!!!!!!!!!!
