I am trying to find a way that I can make it so that they are only authorised when they click a back link to confirm there email address? At the moment they are automatically authorsied by just completing the form?

There are settings in the Customer Details for Customer Authorization ...

I hope customer receive a link by email, like "http://YourSite.com/zencart/show.php?id=123", then customer click the link, automatically authorsied by just completing the form, can you help me how to do?

This would need to be customized for you ...

At this time, the email authorization is not built into Zen Cart ...
