templates not working

could someone check out this site and tell me whats wrong with my templates....they don't seem to be taking effect...like no css is present...when it is...

please help, Im doing this for a university project and the presentation is tomorrow...if anyone could help me I'd realllllllly appreciate it...

basically I've had to swap over to a linux server yesterday so I couldn't experiment with it...and now my site is finally back up but I cant get templates to work...



any help would be greatly appreciated....

Check your configure.php files if you have moved between servers. Remember that ther are both absolute and relative paths and url's defined in them.
Every time I've had this happen it was after a move and I hadn't done all the necessary edits.
