Redirect whole site to SSL

I'm currently using the ultimate SEO mod.

I want the whole website to be under HTTPS not just the checkout how do I go about doing this without messing up the SEO mod.

I have done a google but am afraid that I will botch it all up so advice would be great.

My advice would be: don't do it.

An HTTPS connection is slower and the last thing you want is your site Visitors waiting longer than they should for pages to download.
