order not shown in admin

Hi ,

I am having a big problem.

I just opened the zen cart shop a day a go. But the orders are not showing in my admin.

I do receive the order conformation showing all the needed information about the order.

But there is nothing in my admin about this order. I can see that the client placed an order en the amount of it. But not which products etc.

The payment that I use is Money order

Settings as follows:

Enable Check/Money Order Module
Do you want to accept Check/Money Order payments? TRUE

What is going wrong??

How can this be resolved?? Please help me out. I am getting crazy over it.

Where do you see this information? In the admin screen on the right of the page? Did you try to click on the order?

If you enter the orders_id in the search can you find it?

I see the customers name and order amount on the right. When clicking on it i get the order page but without any information.

Searching on the order_id does give me the order information....

How can this be, now i am getting really confused.

Normally this should appear on the admin home page with the status of the order. Or am i wrong?

Check and see in the Modules ... Order Totals ... if you have the Total ot_total installed and enabled ...

I have removed the order totals and installed it again and this made the change.

You are most welcome ... I am glad that this has been resolved for you ...

NOTE: this will fix future orders ...

You can manually fix existing orders by looking carefully at your database tables ... backing them up and fixing the missing peice that the ot_total would have added to the order ...

HI,

I have now found an other error; For shipping they can choose table rate or Store pickup>

When they choose for store pickup, the order is not found in admin home page or orders. Only by searching on th eorder ID.

I have removed and re installed Order pickup. But without any changes.

What can i do??

I'd check if you have other file errors on your site ...

I cannot reproduce this ...

What version php?

What version Zen Cart?

Clean install or an upgrade?

How did you install?
