Adjusting the logos and header image

I've been searching through the forums and wiki to find out how to do this, and I still have no clue where I need to adjust my files to remove the default logo and Zen header image. Please help.

I've read that tutorial and didn't have a problem adjusting my logo, but the image with the clouds and torii (the gate) I couldn't find to replace. Which folder is that located in? Thanks.
