MODULES incorrect sub title heading

I noticed in my ADMIN page, when I select the 3rd tab MODULES the heading below the green bar (version 1.3.7) reads "Ad Manager Report" regardless of which MODULE - Payment, Shipping or Order Total - you choose. Is this something I should worry about? Obviously it is something I did when I installed the 'How Did You Hear About Us?' Ad Manager module.
All the other tabs read their corret heading - is this a simple file over write?

Hhhmmm - that is definitely not right. I would try uninstalling the module, restoring your Admin files and trying that again.
