Sideboxes overlapping centre of page

Not sure how to explain the problem so here is a screen shot that a customer sent me. I don't see what they see on my computer screen so thats why I'm confused. Could someone please advise me on how to fix it. I'm losing customers because they can't "find" the log in button because its hidden behind a side box. Thanks in advance!:

I don't know why it won't show the picture above...its got the whole IMG thing on either side! It shows as a picture in the post but when I submit the thread it turns into a link!

Looks to be either a browser or screen size/resolution or combination issue.

Ask them what browser and screen size they run

Ooh twice in one night...LOL (Oh just realised that sounds wrong... I meant twice a quick reply...LOL)

The lady just changed her resolution and it was fine. Is there anyway of making the site so that it auto adjusts?? Surely I can't expect people to keep changing their resolution in order to use my site?

I can only suggest that you might try the later purpleshades template available in the downloads section as the one you are using retains some of the older table based structure....also your sidebox widths are not inline with the supplied graphics and you can either adjust the widths or the graphics - your option
