I know there are 3 settings and I'm just not getting something right and I can't seem to search up an answer for what I'm trying to do:

A: I'd like to show Quantity Available on Product Pages that are not going to replenished so a customer can see the quantity available to order

B: On Product Pages for items that I order for a customer or that say I have 2 in stock and they order 3 (replenishable product) I have the flag set that tells them the item will be ordered, on those Products I don't want to show the quantity available.

Is this possible?

I found the switch in Admin>Catalog>Product Types and Admin>Config>Product Listing and the one when adding a New Product, tried changing them around but can't seem to hit the right mix to do what I'm trying to do.
