Too many SQL queries of the same contribution

I made a mistake and loaded the same SQL file twice on the "SQL Query Executor" of my admin. Now when I mouse over the menu, I get a several of the same option on the same dropdown menu. i.e. I mouse over "Configuration" and I get two "Easy Populate" options and three "News & Article Management". That's the number of times I added the same "sql query" into the database.

Because of that, when I look at my News & Article page on my site, I get three News & Article previews on the main page even though there is only one instance on the file that calls for the "News..."

Can anyone tell me how to: 1. Get rid of the extra options on the dropdown menu and 2. Fix the main page so that there's only one "News Preview"

I think if you can find the sql table that has that info in it you can delete the duplicate tables. And once you do that, then I believe the duplication in the menu's will be gone.

Usually there's a drop table if exist statement in the sql update, i'm surprised that it added the same fields again.
