OOPS! lost usa and state codes

was deleting countries only shipping usa and deleted usa by mistake ? newbie do have to do it one by one to reenter zones ?

You can open the sql file in notepad++ or whatever text editor you like, copy the section with the states, and remember to copy the commands at the top and bottom of that section. so it will say,

drop table if exist,
insert etc etc etc.

Don't bother copying the non us states.

Then you have to go into your phpmyadmin. it's in the MySQL section of the backend of your hosting account. Or it should be.
Then you just have to choose the zen cart database, and then click the sql button. Paste the info you copied into that box and hit go.
Don't close your eyes whild doing this. It shouln't hurt a bit.

I was searching for info on how to find 'phpmyadmin' in MySQL and i came accorss this thread.

Can you expand a bit on how to access the phpmyadmin - it relates to allowing the export email address function to export all emails not just news letter emails
