Database Backups?

Hi how do a database backup? Is this done through zen cart or do i have to know some fancy sql for the actual database admin?? Please help!

The Backup MYSQL Plugin is a good, localized backup option. Via this module you can do quick and easy backups from the admin.

remember to keep an eye on the number of back ups stored in the backups folder,

you dont need to keep backups much more than a week or so

DOES ANYONE KNOW IF IPOWERWEB allows the backup mod does it work correctly???

Unfortunately i hired a web designer who did not do hisjob and now im cleaning up everything slowly but surely. although after this present situation im afraid i may never be able to.

I also need to know can anyone see if my SSL patch is working or whatever? I keep getting messages that it is NOT which infuriates me further.
