Removing sample images question

i have been round and round the Admin config and still cannot find a way to remove the sample images that are installed with Zen Cart, for example the NEW PRODUCTS sidebox always has a DVD image displayed and the NEW PRODUCTS FOR APRIL has loads of products that are not mine are those that have been installed at the start.

Any help most appreciated.

Delete the product. Everything else (images, attributes, etc.) goes with it.

many thanks for a quick reply, the products have been removed from the product list but they still show up, what is weird and think may help is that the products all have the word LINKED before its title, where do you delete these links? I have gone into store manager and cleared alot of the options but they still appear.

You deleted all the products from Admin/Catalog/Categories/Products, and they are still showing up?
Have you cleared your browser cache after the deletion(s)?

Thanks all sorted, the products did not display here but when I did a search I found them and could delete them.
